[Kde-pim] KSmtp - A KJob-based SMTP Library (3.5 years later)

Howdy,

Since I heard from Gregory recently, thought I'd ask one last time if we
should add the ksmtp library to kdepimlibs, perhaps the frameworks version.

I recall Jan was interested.

git clone kde:scratch/schlomoff/ksmtp.git

I hate to see good code go to bit-rot. but then again, if we don't need it
then no reason to put work into it.

Someone needs to take maintainership, clean it up, get tests running, etc.

It's up for grabs to whoever wants it.
