With other repo I just meen an other copy of the kdepim repo.
The code of the resourcemanager is not in a state to share it (not cleaned up, no clean syntax,...). But I've added the feature to the techbase wiki:

(I can send you the code, if you are curios about it - but than don't say I warned you :)
