[Kde-pim] Managing SSL certificate exceptions

Sometimes KDE software connects to SSL servers with self-signed certificates 
(example: Konversation to IRC servers) and there's a dialog which lets you add 
a permenent exception for the server by choosing to trust it "Forever" instead 
of "Current session only".

Is there a way to access or view this exception list? I found this question 
already popped up in the past:

Are there any changes?
