[Kde-pim] using kmail with notmuch mail

A dev needs to confirm this but afaik it depends on how you set it up. If
you let the folder work as a local folder it is probably OK but if you
modify an akonadi cache folder (that is what a dimap folder is to Akonadi)
from under it you are asking for trouble. I think :-)
