[Kde-pim] KMail - Phase 2

Hi KMail Developer,

I've started using KMail more than ten years ago. The old version of KMail 
fits my requirements fully. But my relationship to KMail has changed after an 
automatic update to KDE 4.10 few weeks ago.

I selected the SQLite based approach during the migration process from KMail 1 
to KMmail 2.

Now I've observed several issues:
1) duplicate incoming emails
2) outgoing email are not removed from outbox, but they are still in sent 
folder
3) Wrong message size is shown sometimes (e.g.

4) KMail stalls very often (e.g. 
http://www.carstengrohmann.de/kmail/kmail_stalling.png)

This trouble causes me to rethink my demands to an email client. KMail has 
entered stage two "Change it" of the three stages of software usage. The 
stages are "Love it", "Change it" and "Leave it".

What information do you need to solve this issues and get KMail working with 
SQLite?

My setup is:
 - KMail 4.10.5 as provided by Debian testing
 - Emails are stored locally in ~/Mail
 - Akonadi uses SQLite
 - 2 POP3 mailboxes
 - no IMAP configured
