[Kde-pim] PIM October sprint, budget approved!

Hi,

I just received notice that the budget for the next pim sprint has been
approved by the e.V. board. This means that your costs that you filled in
on the sprint page [1] can be reimbursed to you.

Anyone that registers now will have to find other means to cover the costs.
