[Kde-pim] Speaking of MAINTAINERS

Howdy,

The MAINTAINERS files seem to be quite out-of-date.
If you have a moment, please give a quick review and fixes to

kdepimlibs/MAINTAINERS
kdepim/MAINTAINERS

I would be glad if we created a kdepim-runtime/MAINTAINERS

If we don't have a maintainer for a project, then we need to know that.
