Description

Use and expose METADATA style annotations.

This patch exposes METADATA style annotations (using a /shared or /private prefix) using the CollectionAnnotationsAttribute. For compatibility annotations without a suitable prefix are automatically prefixed with /shared as that was the only thing supported so far.
