[Kde-pim] Grantlee version 0.4.0 now available

The Grantlee community is pleased to announce the availability of
Grantlee version 0.4.0[1].

Grantlee is a set of Free Software libraries written using the Qt framework,
including a string templating system and utilities for processing text
documents.

This is a patch release featuring the following changes:

* Bump CMake requirement to version 2.8.9
* Fix memory leak when deleting a localized template loader.
* Clean up C++ code in preparation for Qt 5.
* Fix tests on ARM and other platforms which use float for qreal.

Grantlee uses an open git repository for development. Patches can be
submitted through gitorious[2].
