[Kde-pim] Feeder continually reindexing again

master: KDEPIM, Akonadi and nepomuk.

Every time I start up KDE the feeder starts indexing. Its displays a % 
progress in console and finishes, then starts up again. virtuoso is using 100% 
of one core.

Additionally the email composer keeps displaying the "semantic desktop is 
unavailable" message every few 10's of seconds.

Also the feeder never detecting neopmuk startup bug is still occurring, though 
not a 100% now I think.

The indexing slows kmail to near unusuability.

Search and address book completion is non functional.
