[Kde-pim] cannot attach files anymore

It contains 0 kB - however I'm sure I've *never* touched that value. Until now 
I even didn't know about the existence of such a setting.

I've set it to "unlimited" now, and I can attach files again. BTW the entry 
field with the spinners is a mess.
