[Kde-pim] Personal Calendar akonadi resource missing in 4.10

Hello,

Personally, I am happy that have gone, I do not want to use it. Let us get rid 
of the default "Personal contacts" and "Local folders" too, instead ask the 
user to set up accounts of own choice. Maybe it would be smart to look for 
data in the default paths, and enable them if relevant.
