Did this happen in the sent-mail folder? I had that too, due to the Queued flag 
being set and not cleared like it normally is.

I asked during the sprint, and I was told the solution would be to change the 
logic in the "mark as read" command to replace "not if queued flag is set" by 
"not if in the outbox".  (right?)
