[Kde-pim] mailfilter does not see all incoming messages

I removed the folder by disabling its serverside subscription, virtuoso
churned for a couple of minutes removing the index entries I presume.
Then I resubscribed to the folder and let it sync. Searches still not working.
Then I forced a reindex via the maintenance tab and searches in the folder
finally started working.
One thing that concerned me - the Reindex took *much* longer than previous
reindexes I had triggered which leads me to believe that previous reindexes
aren't actually performing a reindex all - maybe just a refresh of the
existing index?
