Description

RFC 5751 ( http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc5751#section-3.3 ) recommends (SHOULD have) to set the disposition header for
encrypted SMIME messages. This patch addes this header for encrypted SMIME messages.
Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="smime.p7m"

Wrong handling was with format = Kleo::SMIMEFormat and sign=False ( there is only one kind of encrypting SMIME mails ).
