[Kde-pim] Kudos and Thanks

Hi,

Just tried to send an email saying "see attached" while forgetting an 
attachment, something that I've done dozens of times with other mail clients.

I was hugely and pleasantly surprised that kmail warned me about this.  What a 
great feature!
