[Kde-pim] Marketing Blocker: nepomuk feeder failing to start

There are several people on the pim users list running 4.10.1 with this 
problem. I also created a clean Kubuntu 13.04/KDE 4.10.1 VM to test it, 
happens every time.

Most users won't even realise the feeder is there let alone its not running. 
But they will notice that all searches fail.
