I don't have adressee completion in 4.10, in the composer address input 
fields. There is a huge bug report about it -

I havent any problems with that since swithching to a slightly faster pc with 
more ram. I believe a netbook can not run akonadi, but many improvements have 
been made to both akonadi and nepomuk since I last tried.
