All the filters are working, all the times but once a month...

The filter log give such lines:
[17:40:05] Evaluating filter rules: (match all of the following) "<any 
header>" <contains> "krammer at kde.org"
[17:40:05] 0 = "<any header>" <contains> "krammer at kde.org"

I suspect that the filter-agent doesn't get or doesn't accept the messages.
How could I test/prove this?
