    Minor nitpicking ;-)
    
    Configure &kmail;... is a <guimenuitem>
    
    Please compare 
    "...you can enable it in the <menuchoice><guimenu>Settings</guimenu></menuchoice><guisubmenu>Configure &kmail;...</guisubmenu> ..."
    
    with
    
    "...you can enable it in the settings dialog..."
    
    Second form is probably more readable and do we really need to say how to open the settings dialog but mean the dialog itself?
