[Kde-pim] Sync issues with Gmail IMAP

Have been rearranging my email in gmail and have run into what appear to be 
sync issues.

Deleting via Gmail - Have deleted some large emails via Gmail. The delete is 
not reflected at the kmail side.

Moving via Gmail - Have archived emails (removed them from the Inbox) and 
labeled them (moved to a folder). Kmail picks them up in the new Folder/Label, 
but does not remove them from the inbox.

The reverse does work, deleting and moving via Kmail works as expected.


This only appears to be an issue with emails in the Inbox. Mails that are only 
in folders/labels sync as expected.
