[Kde-pim] [feature request] - adding custom columns in message list view

Hi to the team !

In latest versions of Thunderbird, there's a nice feature that displays sender 
name in message list, if this person is already registered in the address 
book.

I'd like to have this 'display name' or alias, as an extra column in KMail, 
and it seems we cannot add such custom columns for now (I've been asking in 
the 'Kontact & PIM' before applying here).

Imho, It gives a more consistent appearance in message list.

Do you know if this feature is already in progress, or scheduled for a future 
release ?
I'd be glad to assist you implement this feature (maybe as a plugin) if you 
find interesting but with low priority.

Anyway, keep up the good work, KMail is getting better & better.
