[Kde-pim] mailfilter does not see all incoming messages

I could try to compile everything with like 6 month old versions but I have
no time for the next 7 days or so.

The last thing I did yesterday was to strip down mailfilter and
nepomuk_feeder to minimums - problem remains: nepomuk_feeder
sees everything, mailfilter does not. But there is still a little bit more
I could strip away. Just to be sure - but I do not believe the bug is in
the agent anyway. That would not explain the random behaviour.
