Akonadi::AgentInstance does not support the "new" AgentBase::NotConfigured status, thus emitting status(NotConfigured) from a resource hits a Q_ASSERT.

This patch adds a new string, so I want to push it to master and backport only the case statement to KDE/4.10, if it's OK.
