[Kde-pim] grantlee dependency check

kdesrc-build did, see below

Now that I deinstalled grantlee, this one fails:

/home/wr/kdesrc/kde/kdepim/messagecomposer/kmeditor.cpp:30:45: fatal error: grantlee/plaintextmarkupbuilder.h: No such file or directory

is grantlee optional or required? kmeditor.cpp looks like it is required
(no conditionals around the include)
but kdesrc-build starts compilation without it being installed.

cmake output does not mention grantlee. Neither as required nor
as optional. kdepim/CMakeLists.txt says it is optional.

CMakeCache.txt now says (with grantlee deinstalled):
Grantlee_DIR:PATH=Grantlee_DIR-NOTFOUND

Building kdepim (1/1)
        Waiting for source code update.
        No source update, but kdepim meets other building criteria.
        Source update complete for kdepim: no files affected
        Preparing build system for kdepim.
        Removing files in build directory for kdepim
