[Kde-pim] mailfilter does not see all incoming messages

We agreed that mailfilter bugs go to Akonadi/Mail Filter Agent, not to 
KMail2. The product in KMail2 is *theoretically* closed for reports, but for 
some reason if though it is marked as such, bugzilla allows creation of new 
reports. :(
