[Kde-pim] Request: disable CI mails on the pim list

Hello all,

As previously noted, if the tests weren't fixed I would be revoking
the execution of tests from kdepim.
This has now been done.

I am extremely disappointed, that even when pointed towards the commit
which broke the test in question that nobody stepped up to fix the
issue - especially as there have been many, many commits since that
mail. See http://build.kde.org/job/kdepim_master/changes for details
on that.

This brings into serious consideration whether kdepim is maintained to
an adequate level.
