Selected the folder that was selected before Akonadi was restarted

The original version of this patch restored selection that was stored on last KMail shutdown. 

Since readConfig() is called before restoreCollectionFolderViewConfig(), it's safe to move the collection selection into there.

Call KMMainWidget::restoreCollectionFolderViewConfig() when the underlaying model is reset, so that I don't have to expand all folders every time I restart Akonadi and forget to quit KMail :-)
