removes the EmailGuiStageManager.

We don't use the custom KPIM GuiStateManager anymore so we obviously don't need the kmail-mobile specific one.

not much to test. we never enter the kmail-mobile ACL (email)gui-state since it is currently not a planed/implemented feature.
