Description
-------

KmailActions was basicly just listing sets of Actions for the sidedrawer menues of the StartPage.qml in different gui states. We removed StartPage.qml with all its sidedrawer menues so we should remove this as well. The Actions for the sidedrawer menues of the composer are not effected because they live in KMailComposerActions.qml.
