[Kde-pim] kmail get slower and slower on loading mail content

I plan on having a look at least at the feeder part, as well as some 
performance measurements.
If somebody can reproduce the problem I'll also happily have a look at that 
(Not sure if I can resolve it, but we can give it a try).
