[Kde-pim] Activating resources when added

Follow up on this issue, in case anybody is interested.

These are the changes that will have to be done to fix ths:

-We will have to implement our own SelectionModel so we can "Select by 
deafult". Probably add it to Qt5.
	We will set it selected by default since it is what makes more sense in our 
usecase.

-In KViewStateSaver be able to decide wether to save the "selected items" or 
"unselected".  Since items will be selected by default, the *restoration* we 
need to perform is "unselect" instead of "select.

Will implement this asap :)
