[Kde-pim] kmail get slower and slower on loading mail content

1. Terminate kmail, disable Nepomuk via the Plasma UI, restart kmail.
Result: kmail spins on startup eating 100% CPU.

2. Logout/log in.

3. Check nepomuk disabled (yes it is). Restart kmail. Result: kmail
works at its usual fast speed.
