[Kde-pim] kmail get slower and slower on loading mail content

I sometimes have luck doing this:

1. Shutdown kmail
2. stop akonadi
3. look at the process table (ctrl + esc in kde) untill all akonadi processes 
have gone and nepomuk/virtuoso-t have settled
4. start kmail (will restart akonadi for you)
