[Kde-pim] Compile fix for libkolab

Hi all,

The patch below is necessary to build libkolab on build.kde.org. This
is because libkolabxml sets the include directory as
/include/kolabxml/ in the CMake configuration file it generates and
ships. The only other alternative to it is to change the include
directory that libkolabxml sets and adjust all the other #include
statements in libkolab.

Can someone please review it and push it to the appropriate repository?
