[Kde-pim] akonadi and continual disk activity

AFAIK the nepomuk feeder does not work continually. Thus if you disable it you 
have to wait for nepomuk to process whatever the feeder has pushed to it. 
While this happens the agent shows as status suspended, system is busy.
