It should actually be covered for all activities where iCal needs to be
spoken, hence I put it closer to the core.  The iCal spec mandates that
events without attendees must not have an organizer and the patch
achieves this by just not setting a default organizer initially.

Of course, similar results can be achieved by fixing all the exporters,
but that seemed like more effort.
