[Kde-pim] Compiling kde-pim

Greetings,

I'm new to kde-pim.  I have downloaded the following tarballs.
kdepim-4.6.1.tar.bz2
kdepim-runtime-4.6.1.tar.bz2

Is there a document on how to compile them or could you give me the steps to 
compile them?
