The name "kdeaccounts" references the single file which lists all accounts on 
the KDE repos, with account id, name and email address. That file named 
"accounts" is located in the toplevel dir of the module "kde-common" on KDE's 
SVN server. Finding that one is left as exercise to the reader :)

So that plugin simply adds an addressbook resource based on that file, only 
useful for KDE contributors which want to quickly reach their fellow 
contributors with an account for the KDE repos.
The one in KDESDK used the old KABC system, while the new one in kdepim-
runtime uses the current Akonadi-based system.

So this is not about accounts in general.
