[Kde-pim] Modifying future recurrences ( Was: Recurring entries in Calendars, with exceptions )

FWIW, I would hope that my track record on adding support for
Microsoft compatibility interoperability to KDE has always been about
reducing the kinks in the transfer, never about achieving UI sameness!
I trust KDEPIM will seek to lead rather than follow as Calligra does
(and I like to think I played a part in that gestation).
