[Kde-pim] Akonadi:Control:widgetNeedsAkonadi problem since 4.8.1

Hi,

I use widgetNeedsAkonadi() for my plasmoid.

Since 4.8.1 it doesn't work reliable anymore. Sometimes (~1:3) the overlay 
stays although the server is running and everthing is working fine.
Previous releases worked ok, I have at least 2 other users with the same prob.

Any easy explanation, should I open a bug report?
