[Kde-pim] Nepomuk in kdepim

Hi,
I want to fix nepomuk support in kmail and I must use Nepomuk::ResourceWatcher.
But as kdelibs is frozen until kde5 => 2013 all changes in nepomuk is not put 
in kdelibs but in kde-runtime/nepomuk or a copy in kdepim-
runtime/agents/nepomukfeeder/dms-copy

But I can't use directly them because there is not dependancy against kdepim-
runtime:

We must decide to fix it:
1) make a dependancy against kdepim-runtime (not good)
2) create an other copy in kdepim because we will not add dependancy between 
kdepim-runtime <-> kdepim
3) move to use nepomuk-core directly (it will the better solution)
4) reopen kdelibs and autorize to add nepomuk feature


For the moment I think to create a new copy, but I prefere an other solution.
