I'd like to know how to set it up so it works, step by step, because I 
have not been able to do so despite numerous tries. All the problems I 
described are real life, and I eventually had to stop using kmail 
because of those.

I need my mail to be in the folder I configure it to (or the system 
select, if using a self defined location is not working), not in a 
hidden neighbour folder.

Un fortunately I am not going to akademy.
