[Kde-pim] [PATCH] Fix clipping in korganizer monthly printout

Hello,

I enclose a patch to fix clippings in printouts of monthly calendars.
Clipping may have been the origin of bugs 217225, 237292, 251681,
263442.

As a side effect time is aligned vertically since otherwise it would
render mis-aligned with the text.
