You can have a ksocialfoo library in kdepimlibs as long as you plan to adhere
the rules (BIC, license, etc). see the kdepimlibs/POLICIES file.
Also, make sure that the ksocialfoo library doesn't contain facebook specific protocols and stuff,
as pointed out in Sune's email.
