[Kde-pim] Updated Kontact Windows Installer for 4.8

Hi,

There is a new standalone Windows Installation Package containing the latest 
of the Kdepim 4.8 branches. 

You can download it at:
http://files.kolab.org/local/windows/kolab-enterprise5/experimental/latest/Kolab-E5-Client-2012-07-31-07-47.exe

Thanks to all who worked on improving the 4.8 series this Version really feels 
nice and stable (even on Windows). This release is still without Nepomuk but 
that is something on the Plan for 4.9 now that it works better on Linux we 
also want to give it another go on Windows.
