I disabled Nepomuk in system settings and after less than a minute the virtuoso-t process disappeared.
After a while, I started Nepomuk again and now it seems to be working properly and it doesn't it my CPU.
Sorrry guys for it seems my problem wasn't kdepim related, my apologies.
