[Kde-pim] Mail Dispatcher On/Off line

Just thought I mention a old issue that bugged me is definitively fixed - Mail 
Dispatcher would go siliently offline and no mail could be sent untul it was 
restarted using console. 

Had a power outage last night and went to send a email this morning - got a 
prompt saying 'Mail dispather is off line, do you want to restart it?", clicked 
"yes", the dispatcher started and the mail sent. *Much* better than before
