[Kde-pim] Maildir directory structure [Re: A sigh]

I keep it short: the problem should now be fixed in master (will backport 
later to 4.8.1).
I tested both by letting akonadi create the mail folder in 
~/.local/share/local-mail, by pointing the maildir resource to an empty 
folder and by pointing the maildir resource to a not-existing folder (that 
will be created by the resource).
 In all cases a toplevel place-holder is created, like in KMail1, all sub-
folders go below.
 They also show up immediately under KMail.
