[Kde-pim] Refactoring handling IMAP responses during login phase in Akonadi

I would like to draw your attention to the code review I've posted 2 days ago:

Unfortunately, at the moment of posting I've not been subscribed to kde-pim 
mailing list, so the email about this code review seems to be still sitting in 
moderator's queue for approval.

The change I'd like you to review fixes a long-standing bug:
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=249992

Also, it makes the whole response handling in KIMAP::LoginJob more readable 
and algorithmically correct.
